Simple Food Ventures
Simple Food Ventures was launching their venture capital fund focused on the health food and products space. The founders needed a calling card for their increasing discussions with potential investment companies and investors.
The Simple Food Ventures website served as an effective introductory touchpoint for the team as they met with potential companies to invest in, networked and raised money for their fund. They launched with 2 investment companies and grew to 9 within 1 year.
We created a focused site showcasing the fund's investment strategy and portfolio of companies.
To show the fund's belief in their invested companies and reduce the need for further design, I leveraged the branding of invested companies by using their photography and colors.
I used responsive font sizes and elements in Webflow to ensure the site looked as intended regardless of browser and device size.
With a small team, the founders wanted the ability to add and edit some of the content on the site themselves. I set up CMS collections in Webflow and showed the founders how to use it. They've been adding investments and related news items on their own ever since.
